Do I need to provide all the content — photos, text, service descriptions?
We make it as easy as possible. We send a structured Google Form intake questionnaire to collect all the information we need. If you don't have professional photos yet, we can use royalty-free medical photography as a placeholder and swap it out when you're ready. We draft service page copy based on your specialty and submit it to you for review — so your doctors don't have to write anything from scratch.
What platform is the website built on — will I be able to update it myself?
All websites are built on WordPress with Elementor — the most widely used website platform in the world. After launch, we run a 1-hour staff training session so your team can update text, photos, hours, and services without needing to contact us. The website is yours — hosted on your own Cloudways account in your name. You own it completely after final payment.
How does the DPA compliance work — is it really included?
Yes, fully included at no extra charge.
